 • HUD-1 Form-This form is used by the closing agent, to disclose all fees involved (for both buyer and seller) at the closing of the transaction.
 • Simple Mortgage Note, the note.
 • "This Deed of Trust be used as a guarantee for the mortgage if the borrower does not meet the loan conditions.
 • Warranty Deed
 • Certificate of Occupancy

Finance Solution of

Before the closure ends, finance involved in the purchase should be taken care of. It may be the signal given by the buyer to the seller or agent. The partial payments shall be supported closing costs, but others must be resolved. However, the buyer must be prepared to pay these items, since they are made in advance. It is usually paid in cash or cashier's check.

Some states require the closure of custody, which means that a third will be responsible for all documents and before disbursing payments to the appropriate people. For some, the lender or attorney may be appointed to perform the duties of an escrow agent.

All closing costs is reflected in the forms of settlement. Common elements found are:
