Beating a radar ticket?
The The other day I was driving the car of my friend in the highway when he was captured by a camera radar picture. The car is registered to his parents, so I'm assuming that if the ticket is actually processed and sent (I've heard that pull most of them) will be sent to their parents. Is there any way to defeat this entry taking into account that will be sent to his father and not me because I was the one photographed. Please note that I live in Arizona, so all Arizona law apply.
In Az the only way to know who has been taken by the photo radar is when Focus on the city in the Security department arrives. The report a page is sent to the registered owner of the vehicle (s).
