Are there programs for downpayment assistance to homebuyers for the first time in Arizona with low or moderate income? For i moderate means a combined income (my husband and I) of 55,000. We live in Tucson Arizona and are in the process of getting pre-approved for a mortgage. We both have credit scores about 700 (I to 695, she is on 698) If it helps I am a college student and also work full time. Thanks
