Friend’s brother passed away, and my friend would like to go home to Arizona for Thanksgiving.?
Me and a bunch of students are looking to purchase a ticket for our friend to fly home to Arizona for Thanksgiving.
He just came back from there to attend his brother’s funeral, but would desperately like to go back. He can’t afford it, and we’re trying to help him out, but our budgets are pretty shoddy too.
So, any cheap flights? Does anyone know of a place where we can (not sketchily) trade tickets…or something? Anyone willing to chip in?
Sure…..if you and your friends chip in on my trip to Cancun next winter…….take a bus…..
Try “bereavement fares” directly with the airlines serving the route

Flying home for Thanksgiving will not be cheap. Airlines know that people will be flying during that time and so the ticket prices will go up. Should you choose to buy tickets, you want to book now as waiting will only cause the ticket prices to go up even higher.
Would be easier to answer if we know from which city.
I recommend going to Delta Air Lines because they offer special fares for immediate deaths in their family.
