@sbkhousehunter Great Question. You are going to LOVE the answer. JUST MAKE IT UP. My opinion is that the bank has no need to have that information, it is private, and they don’t verify it. We don’t even ask the buyers for the SSN info. I would like to visit with you about your short sale business and how Alliance can help you grow it. Call me at the office some time. 509-747-1101 x 2

Thank you for doing hes videos…I wonder if you could answer me a question. I have experienced buyers who do not feel comfortable providing the 1st 6 of their social security number and DOB, however, I cannot bypass the system without it. I believe tis is going to become an ongoing problem. Do you know why they ask for this info. Thanks!

@tha411now (Cont From Below) The agent manual is great if you are just starting to use Equator. New agents should print it out. Finally, are you talking about GMAC’s equator for no homeowner portal? This video is about B of A and homeowners must set up a login. It’s on page 30 of the agent manual you mentioned. If you have any B of A Equator files you might want to see how many are tasked for the homeowner part. Cheers.

@tha411now @tha411now Your comment seems either highly confused or uneducated. FHA and VA do not go through Equator so we did not upload any of those into the Equator system. I am not sure where you got the idea that we uploaded any. Unless it is regarding the final comment I made in the video about certain investors that do not allow B of A to use Equator. FHA/VA are not investors. They insure loans. Hopefully that clears up your confusion.

@etiennekai Your welcome. Good luck. Equator can be challenging at times but we have seen it cut weeks off processing time simply by being able to upload our own docs. Let me know if we can help you with your short sales in any way.

How many FHA/VA loans did you initiate into the system that now are in the beginging of the old system now? If you go to help they will get you an agent manual! Oh, and homeowners do NOT go to equator!
