I'm being charged with 5 counts of misdemeanor in the state of Arizona. 1 account for the kind of intrusion 1. Contempt of an order of protection class 3. Assault Class 1. Criminal Damage class 1. I have a prior record of 3 counts of assault. 2 of them only had to pay fines. 1 of them was associated with alcohol, so I took a diversion program alcohol. If found guilty I will do jail time? You will probably get jail time, perhaps a combination of probation and fines as well. Sorry, but there seems you qualify for a diversion program. Try to reach an agreement and stay out of trouble, will be worse if there is a next time.
