Oregon or Arizona?

First, I go to community college in Southern California for a few years and then transfer to a university. I've never been in Portland, Oregon, but I love the fact that it is liberal, relaxed, and very eco concernced. I also love the rain! I've been many times in Arizona (my family owned a house Lake Havasu [too much party for me] and the life of my boyfriend's family near Flagstaff [I do not like is not]). I can stand the heat, and my boyfriend loves Arizona and wants going to live there, but I want to go to Portland and maybe go to Lewis & Clark College.
